Rooibos is an herbal infusion originating from the African red bush cut by hand and bruised to generate a rich red color and naturally sweet flavor. The subtle flavor of cherry is a perfect combination with the naturally sweet flavor of Rooibos and is calorie-free for a healthy and refreshing treat. This healthy alternative as it contains several antioxidants and is also caffeine-free. Our red rooibos tea contains very low levels of tannins which may be otherwise present in black and green tea and red wines which may help to curb possible upset stomach and heartburn. Steep in boiling water for 5 minutes and add cream and sugar if desired - is also delicious as an iced tea beverage
